Traditionally, we celebrate birthday with a cake and candles. But this surprise birthday party presented the opportunity to have a very impromptu bit of theatrical fun – and by theatrical, I mean maternity operating theatre. The creative birthday boy uses his bare hands and fingers to operate, deliver and present each baby one by one. In total, there were 24 babies delivered. You can hear all the giggling, laughter, and various people giving instructions and suggestions. The delight and bashfulness of the girls upon receiving the gift because the creative guy was telling them – “I am giving you very tall and handsome boy!”

Everyone had a share of this very unusual birthday cake. It was a fantastic opportunity to individually greet each person who had taken time out of their busy weekend to surprise me for my birthday. Liew Tui Fa was inspired by the Master Mind (RR) to order the Trojan Horse as a Birthday gift! Thank you to the Liew sisters! That was the focal point and centre of the excitement that everyone enjoyed! It provided a great source of delight, entertainment, bantering and an awesome photo op.
