Title: JAMES THE BULLY
We send our children to school to learn ABCs to read and to write. And when they write stories using a simple pictorial prompt, it is amazing what their imaginations will create and how they will weave single words together to tell a marvellous story. It is with joy and pride that we start to share stories written by our younger generation. With great pleasure, for those who have been following our series of award winning stories, without further adieu, we share the 1st prize winner of category Year 5/6 – Amy Leah Tan Xuan Han.
Bullying is a big serious problem and is especially concerning when it happens in school environment which should be safe where children can focus on learning and enjoying the social interactions with peers their own age. No one deserves to be bullied and being bullied is never your fault. Sometimes bullying is verbal but there are times that bullying can be physical. Both types are bad and you should do the right thing and tell an adult. Amy’s story of James bullying his victim Harry is quite nasty but I am glad that Harry did not have to endure James bullying anymore. I hope that James was expelled….what do you think happened to him?
